This is our first day of duty..excited..kaUnahan nGA aQ dmatIng saH ospiTAl eh..hehe..inOrient laNG kme sa HOspital..ang dami pasikot sikot..baWAl kmE gumamit ng elevator..yaN ang major rule..eh sa 5th floor pah kme nakaassign..haha..maSaya ang first daY..khIT mejo nakakapaNghina uNg exam..at sa chapel pah kme mgexam..hehe..msaya kxe first day plang..pero sana mging maayos nMan yung entire duty nmen..

Second day of duty...aQ prin kaunahan sa hoSpital.hehe..mejo sanay nah gumising ng maaga...ang ginwa nmen nsa conference room ata un maghpon..nagexam about medication administration and health assessment ata..hehe..gumawa din kme ng NCP..SOAPIE format..sna gumaling kme mgchart...excited nrn aq humawak ng patient..sna enjoy din sa Thursday..hehe

DEarest of all dearest..


ahmmmm,,.......Actually i really don't know what to with this diary...

ahhmmm..on my very first day of duty I wake up 2 o'clock in the morning and do my daily routine. THEN I rode on the jeep on its way to Espana then I said "para" to manong driver when i reached the Lacson st. and then I rode again in the jeep on its way to Dangwa. Finally I can see the "INFANT JESUS HOSPITAL"..OH my... oh my... I'm so excited....i made my very entrance at the main door of the hospital and just to see manong guard sleeping while his mouth is open....weheee. KATRINA AND I was the first one to the hospital... Manong guard scolded as for entering the main door, he told us to use the other door... SORRY WE ACTUALLY DID'nt know about it huh!!!

take note of the main rule in the hospital:
"DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR".

WE have our orientation that day.. and we have our picture taking at the hospital near the chapel.Again and again we have been scolded and huh!it is the head nurse and this is what she said..."excuse me?excuse me?your so ingay...who is your C.I?

hmmmm it is a very happy day and I am going to tell you everything again on the next duty....wait for me huh??? for now i have to end this....ggggggrrrk

Today is Friday the second day of our duty in Infant Hospital. This day we did our first SOAPIE in one of the room of the hospital. And we continue the remaining P.E we had.. Then after that our clinical instructor to had our own posts forum in his own website. Also today.. napakasaya ko dahil hindi ako na late! haha.. Grabe inintay ko tlga ang LRT magbukas para lang makahabol ako sa first trip ng biyahe.. at dahil doon hindi ako late.. wheuw! hehe.. Smile Ang araw ding ito ay nakakapagod kahit wala kaming masyado pang ginagawa. So i hope next week we do different things. Pero again and again this day is great! happy happy..! Very Happy

Today is Thursday, my first day of my duty as a student nurse in National University. First I'm so excited for every activities that we did. We had orientation, and we tried to finish our P.E examination or so called 'Physical Exam' in this day. After that we learned a lot about doing the charting by our dearest clinical instructor Mr. Byron. and we make libot libot inside of the infant hospital Smile Then.. 'ito dn ang araw na naabsent ako sa unang araw ng aking duty.. waahh! kc nahirapan akong mag adjust ng time lalo na Rizal pa ako galing. wheuw! hehe.. kinakabahan tuloy ako dahil meron na daw akong make up duty, actually hindi lng naman ako bali tatlo kami.. pero sayang talaga.. hayz.. Neutral Pero sa kabila ng lahat naging masaya pa rin naman ang araw na ito kahit naabsent ako dahil iba pa rin ang experienced na nakasuot ka ng pang nurse na damit at syempre ang iniintay namin na white shoes! habang lumilibot sa loob ng ospital.. what a experienced do we had! yipieee! that's all thank you.. Very Happy...

On this day, sa araw na ito.. waa! anu nga ba nangyare? hmmmm.... Aun! our clinical instructor Mr. Byron let us viewed the process to have assessment, and health history of the payient. Then after that we had a game... So called our Quiz bee for the day, nagbunutan kami ng magiging partner dun. At hindi inaasahan na si jaymarose marasigan ang naging pakner ko. hehe. At sa hindi din inaasahan ang bait talaga ni bro. wheuw! pang third lang keme pero sa paglaon ng aming munting pagsusulit. Wow! we are the blessed winner for the first quiz bee that we had! hehe.

This day is unfortunately the day na tlgang grabe ang ulan. ok lang sana kung ulan lang pero sinugod ko na yata ang baha sa aming baryo. bundok pa po kasi ako galing sa rizal, pero dahil sa aking wiling na pumasok at huwag magkaroon ai mali madagdagan pala ang aking make up duty, pinilit ko na pumasok, mabasa na kung mabasa basta papasok ako. waaah! at ng nkarting ako sa wakas hindi naman ako late. wheuw! pero marami sa amin ang late dahil nga sa bagyong ____ un! whahaha. ngunit pinagpatuloy pa rin namin ang aming pagaaral. Pero ang bait talaga ni bro wala daw talagang pasok. dahil nasa duty kami hindi kami pinalad na malaman ito kaagad. Pero sa kabaitan ni bro Pinauwi din kami ng maaga. Thanks po.! hehe. at ligtas naman kaming nakauwi..
